Refunds & Returns

We offer returns for change of mind purchases within 30 days from date of receipt. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.

For a change of mind return, your item must be;

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To complete your return, please; 

  • Visit the link: DormiCo Sleepwear Returns Portal 
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select the items you wish to return and choose your refund/exchange options.
  • Print your shipping label and mail it back to us.

    Faulty items

    Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at hello@dormico.com.au with your name and order number and we will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible.

    If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund. There is no need to return the faulty item.
